Research on SDS: The experience of people affected by Dementia

The Life Changes Trust is a Scottish charity that wants to improve the lives of people affected by dementia. The Trust wants to learn about how self directed support is working for people living with dementia in Scotland.

They have asked social enterprise Community Catalysts to talk to and learn from people and their families. Community Catalysts and the Life Changes Trust want to use people’s stories to improve how self-directed support works in Scotland. You can see a flyer on what the research is trying to achieve here.
