Many of you will have been involved in the development of the existing SDS Implementation Plan and will be wondering what next for SDS implementation?

The current Implementation Plan runs from 2016-2018, and Scottish Government wants to hear from you on what is working well, what needs to change at national level, and what you would like to see in the Implementation Plan 2019-2021.

As part of the conversation, Scottish Government is seeking people views on the new Change Map for SDS. This document aims to capture the changes needed for successful implementation of SDS. Your views are sought on whether or not this document captures the right things, as well as which of the outcomes you believe you contribute to, to start the conversation about the new SDS Implementation Plan. Karen Geekie, from the Sottish Government SDS Policy Team, will be attending SDSS AGM and there will be an opportunity for members to join her in a workshop as part of the engagement around the new national implementation plan for SDS.

The Scottish Government will also be hosting two events on this later in the year, as well as launching an online survey to ensure as many people as possible can join the conversation, so please look out for further details on these, coming soon!
