Freedom of Information extension of coverage consultation

The Scottish Government is consulting on whether certain organisations – or classes of organisation – delivering health and social care functions, but currently not subject to the Freedom of Information Act Scotland, should be brought within scope of the Freedom of Information legislation.  This could, of course, impact on the SDSS members.
