New HR and employment support service from SCVO

New HR support to manage the impact of COVID-19

SCVO’s new service provides HR and employment support to voluntary sector organisations in Scotland, to help them manage the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. It is funded by National Lottery Community Fund.

SCVO offers free online guidance and toolkits, training and webinars on topics including:

  • Remote working
  • Redundancy
  • Restructuring
  • Supporting employee mental health and wellbeing

In addition there is also a 1-2-1  enquiry service to help organisations facing challenging HR issues understand their options and make informed choices about the best action to take.

Tailored support is also available from industry experts to help with more complex enquiries – which is free to SCVO members and those with an income of under £50,000.

Who can use this service?
Our online guidance and toolkits are freely available to anyone and anyone representing a Scottish voluntary sector organisation can fill in an enquiry form.
