The Scottish Government and COSLA are interested in hearing from people who manage their own Self-Directed Support (SDS) and their experience in employing Personal Assistants (PAs). Your input will help with plans around the future PA workforce and help to make sure that there are enough people with the right skills.

The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete, and is designed to be clear and straightforward to fill out: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/EmployerofPASurvey2019

Not all questions may be relevant to you, so please just answer the ones that are.

The survey is confidential and you do not have to provide your name.

The Scottish Government and COSLA also want to hear from PAs to find out why they want to work as a PA, and what might lead them to find another job. If you are a PA please complete this survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/PersonalAssistantSurvey2019 – it is completely confidential, and should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

The survey will close at 5pm on 17th May.
