TEC: Tests of Change 2019/20
The Technology Enabled Care Programme Team are inviting applicants to participate in their 2019/20 Tests of Change initiative.
Last year there was a very strong response to their invitation for applications which led to the initiation of their ‘Service Innovation Pipeline’ approach.
This year they are keen to build on that approach and to support this they are calling for proposals to run up to ten Stage 1 tests of change in 2019/20.
The Application brief which you can find here goes into further details of their call for Stage 1 tests.
They will also be investing in the development of the most promising tests from earlier calls and current test participants will be invited to apply for Stage 2 or Stage 3 funding.
As in previous years, applications for Tests of Change are invited from any NHS Board, Integration Authority, Local Authority, Housing, Independent Care or Third Sector Organisation. Applications may be made by individual organisations or as multi-organisation collaborations with a single organisation taking the role of ‘Lead Partner’.
All applications must be submitted to the TEC Programme Office (nss.tec@nhs.net) by Monday 12th August 2019 and awards will be communicated by the 6th of September 2019.

The briefing is intended to support prospective applicants in the preparation of their submissions. It will cover this year’s arrangements and will provide attendees with an opportunity to ask questions.
