New training and development opportunity with in Control Scotland: ‘Working Together for Change’

Collegues at in Control Scotland have developed a new training and development programme about people being in control and directing their own support. The ‘Working Together for Change’ is an eight-day programme for family carers, disabled people, people who work in social work, social care and health services. The programme will run between January and June 2020 at the Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel in Clydebank. They have launched a video about their new programme which can be accessed here and have also published a programme descriptor. 

Applications are now open for the 30 available places, the application form can be found here and should be sent to June Dunlop. The closing date for applications is Monday, 16th December 2019.
