We are aware that the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak will be of  particular concern to SDSS members and other stakeholders. We want to assure delegates that we are taking the necessary steps on the lead up to the event.

We have spoken to our venue who have confirmed that they have additional signage with information about the virus and also have also made hand sanitizer available at the entrance. SDSS will continue to work with the venue and monitor official guidelines and take any necessary precautions. Any updates will be posted on this page.

People who have recently travelled from affected areas in the recent travel guidance (link) in the last 14 days AND have cold or flu like symptoms should remain away from the event. Please follow guidance and call your surgery or NHS 24 (111) if you have travelled to these areas recently and please pass your apologies. Cold symptoms generally are at their peak at the moment, so please check the guidance carefully before making a decision about attending.
