PA Workforce Survey

In 2022, Self Directed Support Scotland (SDSS) published the findings of its first PA Workforce Survey. The survey results help inform workforce recruitment campaigns and PA development approaches needed to support PAs in Scotland. The survey was repeated in 2023 and the data give a valuable insight into the demographics of hte PA workforce in Scotland, their challenges and motivations.
