PVG fees waived for social care workers until March 2023

As part of its plan to support health and social care this winter, the Scottish Government has announced it will cover the costs of PVG checks for social care workers until March 2023.
The temporary scheme also applies to Personal Assistants directly paid by their employer (who receives their funding via self-directed support option 1 and/or Independent Living Fund Scotland).
