Users can search using their postcode to find help with particular topics or for specific age groups or support needs.

The tool also provides valuable intelligence on what individuals are seeking help with, by geographic area and support need.

We continually work to update the information held on the tool, and in 2024 will be developing it further to ensure individuals can find specific services.
